Borrower Registration Form

Please follow the guidelines below before submitting the request form.

  • This form may be used by NLU students, faculty, and staff if their Library Borrower ID does not work.
  • Access to the NLU and I-Share Book Catalogs is available from on or off campus through the Library's Home page (under Find It > Books > NLU Catalog)
  • Access the NLU Library Databases is available on campus or off campus through My NLU Portal (click on the NLU Library link under NLU Resources).
